If you are encountering any issues with accessing our publications please try these troubleshooting steps.

Please check your spam filters regularly to ensure Contra's email alerts do not go unread. Email buy and sell alerts are sent from philip.mackellar@contratheheard.com. This email address should be added to your "white list" or "contact list". If you use gmail and notice a Contra update in your junk folder simply select the email in question and mark it as "not spam".

We have also set up a few systems to help you determine if you're missing the alerts. First, we post the dates of our email releases on our website here. If you haven't received something, you'll know that you're out of the loop. If that is the case please contact us at philip.mackellar@contratheheard.com and we'll send you any missed content ASAP.

Second, we also send out verification emails quarterly on January 10, April 10, July 10 and October 10. If you do not receive these, review your email settings.

Finally, if that fails and nothing is working, contact us at admin@contratheheard.com, and we'll attempt to help you through the problem.
